Region 3 2026 Meeting
This is your connection to local utility telecommunications professionals and events. By interfacing with UTC Regions, you can:
Meet other telecom professionals from the utilities
Find educational opportunities for you, your staff, and your employees
Get involved in local telecom issues that affect us all
Attend events at both the regional and national level

Registration information & Rates
$300 for the first registrant and $90 for each additional registrant.
Once the first registration for $300 has been processed please contact support@utc.org for instructions on how to register additional attendees at the discounted rate.

Registration Rates:
Utility Rate – $100
UTC Associate Member – $450
Non-Member Associate Rate – $695
Exhibitor & Sponsor Registrations:
Exhibitors/Sponsors may receive complimentary or discounted rates depending on their level of participation. Before registering through the website please email us by clicking here to confirm any applicable comps or discounts.
All speakers will be registered complimentary by UTC staff.
Registration constitutes permission for UTC to use registrant’s image in photographs, video or other medium for marketing, promotional and other business purposes.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received by February 17, 2026 will receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received in writing at meetings@utc.org.
